    Back to Basics!!!

This week I want you to concentrate on challenging your body. We are half way through the session, and we have all come so far already! Remember that first class?? I can see you all getting stronger and your form getting better…. I am so proud!

Now that we know the basic moves, let’s really focus on challenging ourselves. Try a heavier weight, squat a little lower, and run a little faster! Remember, to continue to grow stronger and build our endurance, we have to keep changing what we do!

Tabata (20 seconds on/10 seconds rest)

Warm up!

(4x)
– Weighted Squats
– Jumping Jacks

(4x)
– Pile Squat (plyo)
– Alt Hinged Row-Fast!

(4x)
– High Knees, Arms up!
– DB Good Mornings

(4x)
– Sumo Squat and Kick
– Run!

(4x)
– Wide Leg Half Burpee
– Skull Crushers!

(4x)
– Lunges/Jump Lunges
– UFC’s

Cool Down!
