For those with more “life experience”….

If you think that age is a reason to take it easy in the gym, think again! Take a look at this picture of Kathy, a 62 year old woman who can really “pull her own weight” in the gym! She is lifting 75lbs doing her glute bridge. Just shows that we really have the power to set our own limits to what we want to achieve.

What amazing thing are you going to do this year???
