Thursday – 3/1

Well, I must have been tired yesterday, as the results on my calorie counter were not as “wowing” as they were for Tuesday nights class. Calories burned was 315. Remember that my FitBit only registers movement, so any core work or weight training does not get counted into the mix.

I am going to post the class plan for this week next in a separate post, just in case any of you are looking to add in a third workout for the week:) I will also post about a couple of websites that I have come across over the past week that I think are great resources for home exercising routines. Check them out and let me know which you like the best.
